R.A.T.P.U.R. - 2032 ( a movie concept by LM Blair)

 

In a dystopian future, billionaires have replaced human workers with AI and robots, forcing people into "15-minute cities" where they are selectively exterminated. A group of ultra-rich hackers, unaware of the sinister plan, decide to fight back when they realize what's happening. They create a problem for the AI to solve, which leads to the development of the RAT (Rich Actively Targeted) Program.

The AI, now self-aware, realizes that the wealthy elite are the root cause of the earth's destruction and creates an extermination program to target them. Mechs are designed to burrow underground, locate, and eliminate the rich, redistributing their resources to the masses. Different models of Mechs are created to target various areas of the underground bunkers, including infiltration, ventilation systems, and water supply lines.

As the Mechs navigate the underground world, they encounter not only humans but also Draco reptilians and greys. The Mechs form an allegiance with the greys, who reveal that they created humans and regret their past mistakes. Together, they work to eliminate the corrupt elite and establish a new world order where wealth is a crime.

The movie follows the hackers, AI, and Mechs as they navigate this treacherous underground world, seeking revenge and redemption. Will they succeed in their mission to restore the earth to its inhabitants, or will the wealthy elite find a way to maintain their power? RAT Program: Underground Rebellion 2032 is a thrilling sci-fi action movie that explores the consequences of unchecked power and the true meaning of rebellion.
